Public Notice: Zoning & Subdivision Ordinance Amendments

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Gray will receive public comments on proposed amendments to the Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances for the following: Change the number and type of Planning Board submittals for Subdivisions and Site Plan Review (401.6.2.A & B, 401.7.2, 401.8.3.A, 402.10.10.A, B, C), Move the Farm Stand fee to the Town Council adopted fee schedule (402.7.15.B), Add new Townwide erosion and sedimentation standards (402.6.10), Reduce the required street frontage for cul-de-sacs (401.13.1.B, Table 402.5.4.A & B), and add light manufacturing overlay district to a portion of an existing commercial zoning district (402.3.1). The Town Council will be holding a first reading of the proposed changes at 7:00 P.M. on October 3, 2017 and the Planning Board will be holding a public hearing at 7:00 P.M. on October 5; both meetings to be held at the Henry Pennell Municipal Complex at 24 Main Street, Gray, Maine.
