Request for Proposal: Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus Fill Station

The Town of Gray is requesting proposals for a self-contained breathing apparatus fill station with the following equipment or equivalent. The proposed system needs to be compatible with our current air compressor. Please note that we do not need a new compressor, just the fill station with controls and a blast cabinet as described below.
Current Air Compressor:
- MCH-16 Compact
- Model 8032.2
- S/N – 18644-0111-3895
- Year – 2011
- Motor – 7.5 HP E3
- Power – 230V/60Hz/ 20A
You are bidding on the following:
- One – Two Cylinder 4500 PSI Containment Fill Station
- Four – ISO 6000 PSI Cylinders with 702 Valves
- One – Cascade manifold with four nuts, nipples, pigtails, T’s and hose.
Include labor and any warranties. Site visits welcome by appointment.
