Town-wide Survey Participants Wanted!
The Town of Gray is conducting an on-line Town-wide survey this October to update the Comprehensive Plan. A Comprehensive Plan contains the long-range vision that functions as a guide for important policy decisions. The Town is asking all Town of Gray residents and property owners to take 15 minutes to fill out the survey on the Town’s website by the end of October.
Updates to the Comprehensive Plan typically occur every 10-15 years and begin with a Town-wide survey. Changes since the last Comprehensive Plan in the early 2000’s have prompted the Town Council to update to two keystone chapters in the Plan; transportation and current/future land use.
If you do not have access to a computer with internet capabilities, the Gray Public Library (GPL) has EIGHT public use computers available, FREE OF CHARGE. The GPL is located at 5 Hancock Street and is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 10AM to 8PM; Thursday from 10AM to 6PM, Friday from 10AM to 5PM, and Saturday from 10AM to 3PM.
