May 30, 2015: Our Honored Dead

Join the Maine Living History Association and the Town of Gray on May 30th starting at 1PM as we kick off our campaign to restore Memorial Day to its original date of May 30th. We will have a ceremony and march to the Gray Civil War Monument and then on to Gray Village Cemetery where we will honor one of Maine's adopted Confederate soldiers, "the Stranger" as well as the Colley family.

After there will be refreshments and stories of the war.

This event will honor ALL men who fought and we look forward to having reenactors from the blue and the gray.
