Notice is hereby given that the Gray Town Council will hold a public hearing on August 20, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at the Henry Pennell Municipal Complex, 24 Main Street, Gray, Maine, to consider taking final action on a series of actions to smooth out a sharp curve on the Merrill Road by re-locating a portion thereof, as shown on the survey plan, by discontinuing a portion of the Merrill Road as shown on said plan and accepting a deed dedicating an easement to the Town to form a portion of the new right of way, and to exchange deeds with the abutting property owner to accomplish such ROW re-location.  Citizens are encouraged to visit our website at graymaine.org or contact the Town Manager at 657-3339 for more information.
