Public Notice: Bruns Bros Contract Zone Request

Notice is hereby given that the Gray Town Council will hold a second reading and a public hearing on November 1, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at the Henry Pennell Municipal Complex, 24 Main Street, Gray, Maine, to receive public comments on a Request by Bruns Properties LLC dba Bruns Bros Process Equipment to establish a Contract Zone for their 4.5 acre and 7.6 acre parcels located at 167 & 175 Portland Road, respectfully, (Map 59, Lots 36-21 and 25) in a Commercial and Resource Protection Districts (Shoreland Zoning) to increase lot coverage and permit additional manufacturing space.
