Public Notice: Emergency Amendment Chapter 502 Parking Ordinance

Notice is hereby given that the Gray Town Council has approved a proposed amendment, on an emergency basis, pursuant to Town Charter Art. II, Sec. 14(D), to the Table of Permitted and Conditional Permitted Uses in the Parking Ordinance (Chapter 502, Section 502.2.F) to restrict parking from the North Raymond Road intersection for 220 feet on the west bound side of the North Raymond Road.
This proposed emergency amendment is effective immediately on August 2, 2016 and will stand repealed on the 61st day thereafter.
