Rt 26 & Open Space Workshops Planned

The Gray Town Council set two workshop dates in October.

Route 26 [Agenda]
The first workshop at 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday, October 11th will be an informational public forum for possible changes to Zoning and intersection improvement for Route 26. The focus of this workshop will be for the Council and Town staff to provide factual information regarding the options the Council is considering.

Residential Open Space Subdivision Standards [Agenda]
The second workshop has been set for 7:00 P.M. on Monday, October 17th to discuss land use matters. The agenda will include Council input on the proposed revised Residential Open Space Subdivision standards, reviewing Ordinance priorities, and continued discussion on options to address large-scale residential developments.
