Staff Review Committee

The Staff Review Committee is convened as needed to conduct site plan review of minor developments, per the Town of Gray Zoning Ordinance, 402.10.4.

This committee includes three members: The Planning Board chairperson, Town Planner and Code Officer. The Town Planner determines whether a project is major or minor based on the classification criteria of 402.10.6. While the Planning Board reviews proposals for major developments, the Staff Review Committee reviews minor developments, which are smaller scale, less complex projects for which a less complex review process is adequate to protect the Town’s interests.

Staff Review Committee meetings are open to the public, with meeting agendas and application materials posted to the Meeting Portal and available for review at Town Hall.
