On Saturday, July 22, 2023, at 10 a.m., the Town of Gray Open Space Committee and the Gray Public Library Association will be hosting Zack Rouda of Rewild Maine for a lecture and walk about invasive plant species in Gray.

Hosted at the Gray Public Library at 5 Hancock Street in Gray, participants can expect to learn what exactly qualifies as an “invasive species,” how plants spread, and how to deal with invasive species, among other things.

Zack will also lead a guided walk to the Town Hall at 24 Main Street in Gray to visit invasive species in the wild.
