Gray Town Public Emergency Ordinance - Local Food and Community Self-Governance

Notice is hereby given that on June 2, 2020 the Gray Town Council declared a public emergency as a result of COVID19 which has caused widespread interruptions in the productions, distribution and availability of food and food products to the citizens of the State of Maine, including those residing in the Town of Gray, hereby adopted a Local Food and Community Self-Governance Ordinance.  

Said Ordinance is for a period of 60 days from June 2 2020. pursuant to Article II, Section 14 of the Town of Gray Charter.
