MaineDOT to Publish Virtual Presentation on Nov. 27 About Proposed Route 202 Rehabilitation

The Maine Department of Transportation (MaineDOT) is publishing a virtual presentation on Monday, November 27, 2023, that discusses the proposed Route 202 rehabilitation project.

The 2.38-mile improvement area begins 200 feet south of Wayne Avenue in Gray and ends at the Gray-New Gloucester border. View a full-size picture of the project area here.

This presentation will provide information about the proposed project, and public comments are invited. MaineDOT says they are interested in learning local views, discovering local resources, and identifying local concerns and issues related to the project. The formal comment period for this project begins on November 27 and ends on December 15, 2023.

Construction on this proposed project will begin in 2026.
