Due to increasing COVID-19 cases in Maine and in Cumberland County, we wanted to share some changes in our current recommendations.
The CDC lists Cumberland County as having substantial community transmission of COVID-19 (substantial transmission is 50-99.99 cases per 100,000 persons in the past 7 days), and the CDC recommends wearing face coverings in indoor public settings in areas where there is substantial transmission of COVID-19. For this reason, the Town of Gray encourages all visitors to wear a face covering while in municipal buildings.
