Notice is hereby given that the Gray Town Council will hold a Second Reading and Public Hearing on March 1, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. via Zoom to consider adopting an Emergency Management Ordinance pursuant to the Town’s home rule authority, as provided in 30-A M.R.S. § 3001 and the Constitution of Maine, Article VIII, Part Second. It is the purpose of this Ordinance to establish an emergency management team to ensure the complete and efficient utilization of the Town’s facilities and resources to combat disaster.
