Public Notice: First Reading, Active Duty Military Excise Tax Exemption Ordinance - Chapter 304, October 1st @ 7:00pm

Notice is hereby given that the Gray Town Council will hold a first reading on October 1, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the Henry Pennell Municipal Complex, 24 Main Street, Gray, Maine, to receive public comments on a proposed (Chapter 304) the Town of Gray Active Duty Military Excise Tax Exemption Ordinance.  The purpose of this ordinance is to grant an excise tax exemption for residents of the Town of Gray who are currently on active duty in the United States Armed Forces.
