Public Notice - First Reading: Commercial Solar Energy Systems Overlay District

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Gray is proposing amendments to the existing Commercial Solar Energy Systems Overlay District (402.8.10) in the Zoning Ordinance. Amendments include the following: adjusting definitions, new performance and review standards, and adding a 100-acre parcel accessed from Hillcrest Drive (Tax Map 36, lot 33-1) to the District. The Town Council will be receiving public comments for the first reading at their March 16, 2021 and for the second reading on April 20, 2021. The Planning Board will be holding a Public Hearing at their April 8, 2021 meeting. All meetings will be held virtually at 7:00 P.M.
