Public Notice - First Reading Contract Zoning Agreement (CZA)

Notice is hereby given that the Gray Town Council will hold a first reading on February 2, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at a virtual meeting to receive public comments on a request by Birchpoint Properties, LLC and A.H.Grover, Inc. for a Contract Zoning Agreement (CZA) on a 68-acre parcel accessed via Woodcock Drive at 84 Yarmouth Road. The CZA includes a two-phase 30 lot residential subdivision, adjusting road standards, and donating a 15-acre parcel to the Town to be used for public recreation. The parcel is in a Medium Density Zoning District and is on Tax Map 44, lot 32-112.
