Public Notice of Planning Board Application Hearing

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Gray Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 10, 2022, at 7 p.m. to hear information on the following application: A request by Avesta Housing Development Corporation, Avesta Meadowview II LP and Gray Senior Housing, Inc., for site plan, conditional use and subdivision review of a proposed multi-family 27-unit senior housing development located near 16 Hancock Street, Tax Map 43, lot 405-39, in the Village Center Zoning District, owned by Gray Senior Housing, Inc. This application is subject to site plan, conditional use and subdivision review as well as multi-family housing standards and village design standards.
