Public Notice: Planning Board to Conduct Site Walk on Ramsdell Road on April 30

The Town of Gray Planning Board will conduct a site walk on Tuesday, April 30 at 5 p.m. as part of the review process for a proposal by Andrew Gervais of Gervais Homes LLC, for Planning Board review of a proposal to create a 13-lot subdivision on a portion of his 144 +/- acre property near 123 Ramsdell Road at Tax Map 41, Lot 13-20, in the Rural Residential and Agricultural zoning district. This proposal is subject to major subdivision review.

The site walk is open to the public. The Planning Board will host a public hearing of this proposal when it becomes a formal preliminary plan application before the board.
