Public Notice: Planning Board to Review Two Applications on July 13, 2023

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Gray Planning Board will review two applications and host public hearings on Thursday, July 13 at 7 p.m., at the Henry Pennell Municipal Complex, 24 Main Street, Gray.

First is a request by A.H. Grover, Inc. for Planning Board preliminary plan review of a proposal to create Phase II of the Stillwater Pines Residential Open Space subdivision on the 36.29-acre parcel off Woodcock Road, Map 44, Lot 032-112-000 in the Medium Density zoning district. This proposal is subject to major subdivision review and the property is subject to a contract zoning agreement.

The Planning Board will also review a request by Avesta Housing Development Corporation, Avesta Meadowview II LP and Gray Senior Housing, Inc., for review of an amendment to an approved site plan and subdivision plan, for a multi-family 26-unit senior housing development located near 16 Hancock Street, Tax Map 43, lot 405-39, in the Village Center Zoning District. This application received approvals in June 2022 for site plan, conditional use, and subdivision review, as well as multi-family housing standards and village design standards.
