Public Notice: Planning Board, Town Council to Hold Public Hearings on Zoning Ordinance Amendments

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Gray Planning Board will host a public hearing on Monday, October 16 at 7 p.m., at the Henry Pennell Municipal Complex, 24 Main Street, Gray, on proposed amendments to the Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 402, and the Village Center/V.C. Proper Design Standards related to State law 30-A MRSA Sections 4364 and 4364-A, regarding affordable housing developments and housing density.

The Gray Town Council will hold a public hearing/first reading on these amendments on Tuesday, Oct. 3, 2023, and a public hearing/second reading on Oct. 17, 2023.
