Public Notice: Proposed Amendment to Weight Restriction Ordinance

The Town of Gray hereby issues notice that it is proposing to amend Town Ordinance Chapter 501 “Vehicular Use and Weight Restriction Ordinance” to include adjusting the weight limit and clarification regarding restrictions for Shaker Road, between Main Street and the north end of Maine Wildlife Parkway.

The Town Council will hold a public hearing/first reading of this ordinance change on May 16, 2023. All meetings are at 7 p.m. in person at the Pennell Municipal Complex, with remote participation available.
