Public Notice - Second Reading: Contract Zoning Agreement (CZA)
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Gray is considering adopting a Contact Zoning Agreement (CZA) on a 68-acre parcel accessed via Woodcock Road at 84 Yarmouth Road. The CZA is proposed by A.H. Grover Inc. & Birch Point Properties LLC. The Planning Board will be holding a Public Hearing at 7:00 P.M. on March 11, 2021 and the Town Council will be holding a Public Hearing/Second Reading at 7:00 P.M. on March 16, 2021. Public comments are welcomed at either virtual meeting. The CZA includes a phased residential subdivision, adjusting road standards, and donating a parcel to the Town to be used for public recreation. The parcel is in a Medium Density Zoning District on Tax Map 44, lot 32-112.
