PUBLIC NOTICE: Village District(s) Single & Two-Family Moratorium Ordinance

CORRECTION: This Ordinance has not been voted upon, as it was rescheduled to come before the Town Council on May 4, 2021. We apologize for any confusion the previous notice may have caused.
THE TOWN OF GRAY adopts a Moratorium in the Village Districts for the construction or expansion of all Single-Family, Accessory Apartments, & Two-Family dwellings.
This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon passage by the Town Council Meeting. The applicability date of this Ordinance is April 6, 2021.
