Due to the passage of LD2167, an act to implement provisions necessary to the health, welfare and safety of citizens of Maine in response to the Covid-19 public health emergency and the Governor's mandate to temporarily avoid meetings or gatherings of 10 or more people, the Town Council's 3/24 meeting will be held online.

The Public will be able to watch and hear the meeting LIVE via these directions:

3.    Type in your name, make sure your audio and video is turned on
       (image included below) and press join now.
4.    Must use headphones to participate.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Not all browsers will work to attend this meeting. We suggest either Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome. To minimize sound issues, it is CRITICAL that you use headphones or ear buds. If you do not have any, please mute your microphone.

The meeting will be recorded and made available online in our meeting portal on 3/25.

We strongly encourage residents to follow the CDC recommendations to stay at home as much as possible and practice social distancing of at least 6 feet. 

The 3/24 Council agenda includes three public hearings (106-20), (107-20) and (108-20). If residents have any comments or questions related to #106-20 - Proposed Commercial Solar Energy Overlay District, those comments and questions can be submitted now via e-mail - scarder@graymaine.org or by calling any one of the Councilors or Manager. There will also be a way to submit your comment online during the public hearing portion of the meeting. Once the public hearing portion of the meeting ends, no further public comment is permitted. 

The public hearings for (107-20) Renewal of Mobile Vendor License for Lonnie Humphrey DBA Lonnie Dogs and (108-20) Special Amusement Permit for Andrew Sanborn DBA Birchwood Brewing will be postponed to a future meeting. 

We understand that these changes are abrupt and cause inconvenience and confusion. We appreciate everyone's understanding as we try to navigate the rapid updates from the State and Federal level and know that if we work together, we will help to keep each other and our community safe.
