What You Need to Know for the June 2024 Election

The Town of Gray is holding an election on June 11, 2024, to decide public office officials and the FY25 budget. Here’s everything you need to know.
How to Vote on June 11:
- Polls will be open at Newbegin Gym at 22 Main Street in Gray from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- If you aren’t registered to vote, you may do so on Election Day at the polls. Be prepared to provide proof of identity (such as your Maine driver's license, State ID, or the last four digits of your Social Security Number) and/or proof of your Gray residency (such as your Maine Driver's license showing your current Gray address, or a utility bill) to complete your voter registration record.
Absentee Ballots:
- Absentee ballots are available to request until Thursday, June 6. You may request a ballot online, by calling Town Office at 207-657-3339, or submitting a written request by fax or in person.
- You may cast your ballot before Election Day at Town Hall during normal working hours.
How to View Results:
- As soon as election results are available, we will post them to graymaine.org and Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Subscribe to the Urgent Alerts and Notifications category of information on our website if you want to be notified about results ASAP.

- You can view sample ballots now on our website or by coming into Town Office.
- The Town of Gray hosted a candidates’ forum that introduced a few local office candidates to voters. Check out the forum on YouTube here.
