TOWN OF GRAY, MAINE
PROJECT: Shaker Road Sidewalk and Drainage Improvements
LOCATION: Shaker Road, Gray, Maine
Proposals, must be received no later than 2:00 PM (prevailing time) on Thursday, January 21, 2021 at which time they will be opened and read publicly on a Microsoft Teams (MS Teams) virtual meeting event. The specific MS Teams link and ID number will be provided via bid addendum issued to all registered bidders.
Proposals will be accepted electronically ONLY with the name of the Bidder and Project Name in the subject of the email. Please provide proposals as attachments or links via email to Will Haskell (whaskell@gorrillpalmer.com). All submissions will be responded to as ‘received’; if receipt is not acknowledged by Gorrill Palmer within 24 hours, please call Will Haskell at (207) 772-2515 ext. 235. There is a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at 10:00 AM on a MS Teams virtual meeting event. In order to receive a MS Teams link for the pre-bid meeting, all bidders must register with Gorrill Palmer by Tuesday, January 5, 2021 by 5:00 PM. All questions are due Friday, January 15, 2021 by 5:00 PM.
