Request for Bid: Toyota RAV4 Prime PHEV

The Town of Gray is seeking proposals for a Toyota RAV4 Prime PHEV. The proposed vehicle must meet Efficiency Maine criteria. All sealed bids are due by November 2, 2023, and shall be delivered to the Henry Pennell Municipal Complex, 24 Main St., Gray, Maine with ATTN: Mo Russo, Director of Buildings and Grounds. Please mark your envelope with “Toyota RAV4 Prime PHEV."

The Town’s selection will be made by the Gray Town Council based on a recommendation from the Director of Buildings and Grounds. It is anticipated the Council will award the bid at the November 14, 2023, Town Council Meeting.
