4. Development Scenarios
There are a total of five long-term future development scenarios as an integral part of this portion of the Town's website. Only numbers 3, 4, and 5 are to be considered as part of this study. The no-build does not have, or need, a "map" as it merely accepts existing conditions and considers the traffic implications of the anticipated annual traffic volume increases over time.
